I know your busy, but is their anyway you could try to fix my avatar, so it will start showing the outfit I got him wearing now and please can you fix my 1 gold star so it will show up under my UN like everyone else's on the forums, I'm using Microsoft Edge. If no one can help me then I'll give up asking, I know the HA thing is new, but I've been waiting for months for my gold star to be fixed ?

I have this problem going on: Strain is not showing up in the wardrobe.

You can check your progress at the Healer. The VIP page will also tell you if you are infected.

Cool, thanks, Bug! Just making sure that all is still good on it since it didn't get wiped out by what happened earlier with the viruses.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? The image looks correct to me so it's possible your browser has cached it.

don't want to bother you because i know you are busy but i have cleared my cache,been to the healer, and checked the vip i am showing as infected but i have been stage 7 for 24 hours so i am wondering is the strain messed up and unable to finish

Yes I've done all I could on my end and nothing helped, I can see what my HA is wearing if I refresh the same page of whatever part of the site I'm on, then if go elsewhere on the site then it's the old outfit again, also will you be able to fix the gold star that has been missing for months?

On a side note, my HA is working again, Thank You :D

It sounds like it is a browser cache issue. There's nothing we can do about that from our end, unfortunately. Clearing your browser cache should fix the issue.

The forum stars issue is off topic here, but feel free to ping me on the bug report you made for it months ago. (I can't find it right now.)

I never made a report on the star needing fixed, I thought it would get fixed when the servers got moved or something like that and again when the site got updated :(

Oop, wardrobe is busted again. Cleared cache and HA loads but won't save outfit. Thankfully i got the only two strains I want and don't plan on getting more and breaking my wardrobe again.

nothing happens. I can look at my outfit and change my clothes and see the items but clicking wear now doesn't do anything. It happened before with the previous strain and broke again with fevermore but i figured i'd let it go to the final stage and see what happens and now i can look at things again but just cant save my outfit.
