It was said if I used the Link to create an account I would get 100k Starting points and 500 CSC, but I can't find anything in my profile about it. I finished the walkthrough and agreed to Guidelines thinking one of those things would trigger it, but they didn't. I Also checked my Email in case it required activation but I couldn't find anything there either. Is there anything I'm missing?

Oddly enough, my Vault isn't showing I have Any sP even after finishing Some of Sarah's quests, either.

You can see your current sP in the sidebar in the dashboard tab under the Subeta: [Username] section! The vault will only show what sP you've placed in there. I'm not sure about the sign up reward but if it hasn't shown up in a day or two you could try filing a ticket.
