for rounds 9 & 10 (this is round 9 right now), you can enter however many raffles you want. you can enter for all of them. but you can only win 2 total, and only 1 cw max.

if you win a cw, for example, i take your name out of the running for other cws. so you can enter all, but you can only possibly win (1) 1 cw and 1 non-cw, or (2) 2 non-cws
