I don't have anything done to show, but take a look at what I'm working on this weekend!!!!

(context: I accidently deleted the branch of item menu stuff I was working on before, so I had to start from scratch making... it not dumb)

Goals:

• less scrolling
• kill all the table code
• add useful things like the rarity type description (Cash Shop in the preview up there)
• have a toggle to show all your pets for treasure section
• have feed pet, play with pet, use on pet, etc in different sections to make it less likely to hit the wrong thing
• add the "you've already eaten/put in collection/in wardrobe" etc message for each type of collection/action (it's missing for some atm)

i'm sure there are other things but those are my goals for this weekend :) For once I'm not working a Sunday at my irl museum job, so ALL WEEKEND WILL BE PJS, SPIDERVERSE SOUNDTRACK, AND WORKING ON ITEM MENUS. I might post some more previews as I go, too!!!

Hey everyone! I've been pretty busy this week helping (who is a superhero btw) fix all the weird issues we've had with forums not caching correctly. They should be caching correctly now! I've also been working on some other fixes, like fixing that thing where sidebar events sometimes broke the whole page, and making Dara's Darlings cycle through minions correctly.

I've got a few PSAs for you though, so without further ado...

I think I finally fixed the autotraining notification, but along the way, there was about 1 day where autotraining got broken and didn't give the correct stats. This was fixed as quickly as I could and I apologize for the trouble! If your pet was in Autotraining from Jan 31 - Feb 1, please file a ticket here to get your CSC and sP reimbursed.

One of the things we upgraded in our database recently had an unexpected side effect of, uh, cutting off long forum posts. If you maintain a long forum post (let's say.. over ~16,000 characters long), please check to see if your post has gotten cut off. We have booted up a backup database that contains the posts as they were 6 days ago - which is before the problem started happening (we think).

If you have a forum post that was cut off / missing content, please file a ticket here with a link to the post and a staff member will restore the post content from our backup. You can get the link by going to your forum post and looking for an arrow icon in the upper right corner of the post.

We've also made changes to the database to support longer forum posts, to prevent further issues with posts getting cut off. Forum posts now have a character limit of 40,000 65,000 characters per post. Furthermore, it will now inform you if you surpass this limit when creating a new topic, posting a new reply, and editing an existing post.

We have logs so we are able to check not just if you trained, but the exact amount of sP and CSC that it cost you, that way we can reimburse you exactly the right amount. :)

Hi guys, I did a little update just now that caused some caching issues on the forums again WHOOPS. I think for a few minutes it might have eaten posts (it ate one of mine at least??) so... apologies for that. It was reverted so forums should be back to normal now. <3

Today’s update was not that refined as the goal was to resolve the immediate issue as soon as possible. I am working on those refinements now and I appreciate your suggestions and will definitely take them into account.
