Salmon and pumpkin are both total no-nos for me. My ex once made his favorite fall food, a pumpkin, salmon and goat cheese soup from scratch. He brought me some at work with fresh bread and was so excited about it... I almost threw up after one bite and pretended I had already eaten too much to get out of it. :c
Also spit. Human spit. In band when other woodwind players would suck some of the spit back off the reed of their instrument, I would always cringe really hard. I hated it. It's probably part of why I didn't stay in band!
I know this is odd but whenever I see a wind turbine I cringe. I know they are great for the environment but something about them scares me.. I'm not entirely sure why
Heeeelp
food-wise, mushrooms & tofu make me gag because of the texture. if i can feel the squishiness in my mouth, i will almost throw up.
i cringe AND gag when people share their food with babies/toddlers. ? they're just so slobbery and boogery i can't stand it.
The feel of that really cheap fabric you find on plushies that you win in claw machines or from carnival games. It's that shiny, thin, cheap, almost velvet looking fabric. Rub it any direction other than the direction of the fabric and it's rough and gross.
OR
People who suck their teeth while it's totally silent. Usually I'm sitting in the break room, it's completely silent and then suddenly "sssssst!" Though, I'm kinda curious, why? Is it just a bad habit? In my particular case it isn't because of food stuck between their teeth.
the touch of velvet, it makes me go nuts!!!
I don't know if this counts, but I really am disgusted with seeing, hearing about, or thinking about broken bones to the point it's almost a phobia and I've avoided movies with such scenes.
I've also been told that this is weird, which I don't understand.
, you're not alone. Spit makes me gag. It's so gross.
Not weird at all, I don't like it either... makes me paranoid thinking it might happen to me and then I start to 'hurt' .... not really but it feels like it. :(
, could be 'sympathy pain' you're feeling. I have the same.
In class or other crowded rooms where it's mostly quiet and someone starts to clean their nose... Not the fast, effective, painless way, but the 'I don't want to get to much attention' way where they start to blow very slowly, with little stops in in. Where you can literally hear every single booger crawling out of their nose. I don't get why they think that this way makes it better for others but they do and I find it incredibly gross.

Eating noises, kissing noises, squeaking noses, hair in my mouth.
When people crack their knuckles. It drives me up a wall.
Ketchup actually is very vile to me as well. I think it's so disgusting. If my food touches it (save a FEW premade fast food burgers) I won't eat it. Also the sound of any bones being cracked. Backs, necks, knuckles. I hate it all. I can crack my own okay though, because I can prep my brain for it.
people lying or making up stories when it's so obvious they are lying or it's know that it's not truth. As cool as it would be to see them getting lost in their own story and try to explain inconsistencies it's just too cringy to listen to
art by amazing
The smell of alcoholic beverages make me gag....because it reminds me of the time I nearly died...
I have trypophobia so anything with holes and I have to look away which really sucks when you're in bio and everything under the microscope is literally tiny holes.

People Chewing, Mouth Breathing, Slurping of drinks, Scraping of forks on plates/Spoons on bowls...Theres many more but those are the main ones that bother me right now
I really hate in media (like horror movies) when they show a person's throat being slit/cut whatever. If I see a knife going to a throat I immediately recoil and look away. I can handle most everything else in horror movies, except that.
But also hearing about medical problems/complications. I don't know why it makes me feel so woozy. I was listening to information about post-birth complications (and something about a placenta being left inside the mother and it causing some sort of issue) and Idunno I literally had to stop and go lay down lol.
Let's see...
First and foremost, I absolutely DESPISE gore. I don't really like the cartoon-y gore of the Graveyard pets on Subeta and some of the Infections every year BUT it's not realistic enough to really bother me. But I don't like 'realistic' type gore - i.e - horror movies. It gives me wicked nightmares that I just can't seem to shake no matter what I do.
I also don't like listening to people chew. ;n; Drives me absolutely crazy.
And coffee makes me gag. Hilarious considering I was a barista there for a bit but I never drank coffee and thought "Mm, this tastes good" - I just wanted to throw up. I tried it every way I can imagine - even a few drops of coffee in cream/milk, I can STILL taste it and it's awful.
I also hate chalky things - TUMS? My worst enemy. Those candy heart things? The devil. I hate them.
