Pissed because United Airlines suck. They charge you 200$ to use a flight credit for a flight that's only 88$ so I have to wait till the 3rd to get my plain ticket to see Alex and it's going to be sooo expensive and I'm sad

Yeah, no. Also clearing your cache between looking at flights. The sites tend start raising their prices the more often you search for flights.

Sorry to butt in - but it actually doesn't matter anymore unless you use a real private browser (like duckduckgo etc) - even in private mode, they track your cookies to an extent and it remembers and raises prices. I did some checking on that when I was looking for flights for a friend and doing 'private' - it still started raising the prices after a couple days.

The best way is to use a flight tracker site and have it send you alerts for when ticket prices are down/on sale. Or to use a different browsing service in their no-track mode.
