I was thinking about the idea of an anti-sweetheart and you could pitch it. But you'd have to come up with something that wasn't too similar to nightmare or darkmatter. It could be a good chance to bring in a dominantly pale/medium grays.

No, it's not. The human body is dumb as Hell. Too much sleep and you will suffer, not enough and suffer... Just enough and chances are you're still going to suffer because everything wasn't just perfect.
