I'll try not too LOL. I am trying to drink and take breaks. Been a long day today. I went to seven shops, packed three boxes, shrink wrapped some swords and shelves and doing my bedding. THough the bedding wasn't by choice. Dad put one of my shelves on the bed! it was covered in dust and I'm highly allergic to dust so had to wash the bed. -is annoyed- Why would he put it on the bed? He said I didn't say... and I'm like did I really need too?

I haven't had the heart to mention our moving issue. Yesterday our loan fell through for the new home. the irony is that because we would own two properties for 2 weeks they said we have too much debts...even though the second property would be sold in 2 weeks. So we've managed to get closing on the new house moved to the 31st of this month. But now the question remains on where do we go till then. We are waiting to hear back on the home owners of the new home and hope they'll let us rent it from them until closing day. That would be the best, and easiest solution. If they won't we'll have to go to a hotel and work out fish tank problems. Needless to say we've all been a bit bummed out since yesterday.

I am in agreement with both of those. Summerween is a lifelong dream and I do not care about Thanksgiving at all. I've been ready for it to be removed for years.

That's so stressful, I'm so sorry hugs I don't understand the stupidity of banks. They can clearly see that you're closing on your home and that you won't have that debt anymore. The whole situation is so stupid of them.

I'm...okay. My boss didn't call in paychecks on time again (third week in a row) and they were supposedly going to be in today but they're not and I have bills due and more bills due at the start of next week (when I'm supposed to be paid again, but probably won't if this pattern holds) and so I'm just a ball of stress at this point too. Like...all of my bills are arranged around getting paid on Tuesdays, not whenever they feel like it. I don't have millions to fall back on, I literally live paycheck to paycheck.

Thanksgiving sucks and I hate it. I like getting the time off and that's really it. Sometimes Black Friday is fun, but it's never fun for the people who have to work it.

When I was growing up as a kid, I hated it.

No presents, no special candy, everyone makes you go around saying how grateful you are to have things that everyone on the effing planet would have if we ran things right, and the adults always got drunk and reshuffled their pecking order, plus I really hate football on TV.

(I will go to a football game if enough friends are going because it's like a big party and there aren't time-consuming instant replays and you can actually follow what's happening. But on TV? man you couldn't pay me enough to watch football on television unless I am at a really good Superb Owl party.)

Yeah, it's my least favorite holiday for certain. I don't really enjoy the foods and I've sworn off BF for forever because corporations don't know how to act anymore (if you open on Thanksgiving day, it ain't a black "Friday" sale). I could happily do away with it lol.

Banks are the dumbest I swear. I wish we could get rid of them. And also insurance companies because they are somehow more stupid than banks. I eventually got paid on Friday, but payday is supposed to be Tuesday and my whole life is scheduled around my bills and they're scheduled around my payday lol. But yeah, they know we're not gonna walk off the job because none of us can afford to, it's....really crappy.

For a little while there they paid folks and also closed on holidays and followed all the rules everyone fought for back in the day, but they definitely don't behave now - and they only did back then because people organized so shrug
