Oof today has been hard. I had a super bad breakdown today, first time since starting my meds so it was haaard. Also a fight with Alex but I think things are better hopefully

good luck -squishes- I have had a high, high pain day. My back is in agony and I burnt my fingers. The back has been hurting for days now so not great. Plus we are travling to my dentist tomorrow which is 2 hours away.

yesterday was a long ass low sleep day. The animals were being buttheads and I couldn't get to sleep until like 4 am and was woken at 7. Dentist is done but it wasn't the best checkup. I will need to get two fillings. Also have to be careful as my front teeth are losing calcium and may result in needing to to be filed down and crowns placed. I got an expensive toothpaste to help. Theres some more watched areas they added too. And lol adding to my fun... i dropped my cell and the screen protector shattered. It wont stay on. So we'll have to order me a new one. Hope you are well
