It wasn't accidentally left out, it's just a matter of like. The way and I did the shop, things need to be tagged a certain way and the shop needs to be set to Cash Shop, but the schematics all need to be set to the Steamwork shop. SO IT'S A THING I'M WORKING ON I PROMISE
