Hello and sorry for the delay on this. I want to make sure I understand this correctly. The problems are:

1. Fantine shows green check marks next to all the items, but when you turn them in, it says you do not have all the items.
2. When you turn in items without having all of them, she will take the items you had out of your inventory.

Is this correct?

Have you run into the issue recently or are you speaking from memory?

I believe you that you've had problems in the past. Right now I'm just trying to determine if it is still happening and, if so, what circumstances trigger the problem. That way I can fix it :) I know it's frustrating, that's why I'm trying to fix it now.

(Though as a side note, I hope you were able to file a ticket to retrieve the Pecans? It's too late now if it happened in October, but in the future, please remember you can make a ticket and you will be compensated any items lost to site glitches. Those glitches aren't your fault so you shouldn't have to eat the loss!)

I can see nothing in the code that would make it behave differently for staff accounts, but - just in case - I tried the above steps with my test account (which is a regular, non-staff and non-gold account)

I know you have not baked in some time, but since you are (I think) the only user who has reported consistently running into this issue, would you be willing to try baking something today and see if you still have the problem?

We can place the cooking ingredients in your account to test with (and will delete the items / baked food / cooking EXP afterwards) if you would rather not buy the items and cook yourself.

Thank you! After you accidentally double-clicked, did you end up on the webpage saying to come back in X minutes, or did you end up on the error message saying you do not have all the ingredients to bake that?

I made a change about 15 minutes ago to make it have stricter error checking too, so that (hopefully) it will catch you double-clicking and throw an error instead of taking your items. The next time you bake, could you try double-clicking it again and see if it still eats your items?

Awesome. That's evidence that the fix might have worked, as that was what I intended it to do :D

We can leave this report open a little longer if you would like to try a few more times to confirm.

Finally,

1. When you lost items in the first recipe, you lost one Eggs, could you please let me know which other two items were lost so I can verify and reimburse you?
2. For the other two times you baked, would you like to be given the ingredients back (and items/EXP deleted), or keep the baked goods? It's up to you :)

Hm, I'm not sure why the game would require you to navigate away. Does that happen consistently?

I think the most important thing is that it's no longer stealing your ingredient items, can you confirm it's no longer doing that?
