Hmm now that Vaccinate is at tier 5 I realize I have like hardly anything for this tier minus the few defense/heal staples. I have a Knocker for an attacker but what should I pair it with, any suggestions?

Just remember that those tests are a game that you need to play to get through med school, and have no bearing outside of your medical school.

Even the board exam has very little to do with how you do the med school version of the tests.
