I dunno what's been going on with the admins and weapons lately. Everything that comes out winds up being a junky weapon.

Hmm any idea when that Hoarfrost guy will be out... wonder if he will bring Effigy? Ha that one avoided us for two months lol he must be terrified of us. [edit] Thought crossed my mind.... what will out battle theme be for 2019? And will Friendly Thursday continue?

Oh no, I haven't battled for so long that I didn't realise I had a Phoenix Quill equipped. I lost a couple of battles without using it :/

Let's hope 2019 will bring more weapons :D Especially ice blockers. I'm glad that a lot of weapons look epic on HAs. They'll have at least some use if their stats aren't too good.

Oooh, maybe they'll do a battle week to compensate for the missing challengers?

I think we need another imprompu battle week. We didn't get Effigy, Hoarfrost is no where to be found. Next Friday the 13th isn't until Septeber!! I feel unloved. :(

Ouch, I hate when that happens! I'll soon be back to doing that too :P Especially in those battles where using the PQ too early will most likely result in a loss.

I'm also a culprit of thinking I can wait -one more turn- to use healers :P I just want to make the most of them!

I hope everyone's year is off to a good start! And that no one is as sick as I've been the last few days. I think I legit had the flu. But today I feel like I only got hit by a vespa, not a bus, so I think I'm on the upswing. Feeling good enough to do BQs anyway, and that's all that matters right?

We've never closed a chat thread early due to the year change. I'm done with the name being changed though.

I can't wait to see what 2019 holds in terms of battlers! Staff seem to realize that the lack of effigy, hoarfrost, and other seasonal opponents was really noticeable. Perhaps whatever they have in store takes that into account.
