I don't know if this has been suggested, but if I had my way I'd remove the "notice board" from the front page. The first two items (CS revamp and BF sale) are already mentioned in news posts that should show up on the right (PS: why aren't these two news posts there?), and CS Hustler and CWs could be added to the menu with everything else.
That leaves the refund policy which could be in a banner across the top maybe? Or added to the cart checkout page or something a little more out of the way but still accessible.

Hmm, the cart is turned back on, and I don't see a "cart" button in front of the costume trunk contents. Is this correct behavior?
I came here to ask the same thing , and also the Boutique has no 'cart' option.
They haven't put the carts on those pages yet! It's mentioned in the first post, major functionality updates .

Old or not, removing coupon codes without notice is shitty. Esp when y'all should have the data showing people (more than a few) are still using them regularly.
Back when you announced the BF sale, mention they're going away. Boom, done. CYA achieved. More notice is better, but anything is better than none.

I got a message saying I'd bought a 100 credit gift card at a discount somehow. I wanted to check that...
You can file a ticket about it. If you bought one through the cart before it went down, it would've been mistakenly discounted (that's why the cart went down in the first place). You'd possibly have to file a ticket anyway for it. I don't know how that was handled

I heard it was only discounting them through the cart, so in theory, you should be fine then. But like I said, I don't know how it was handled or exactly how it worked out because it didn't affect me. You could still file a ticket to have it looked into since the purchases page is down if you wanted. Whatever event you got about it was probably relevant :/
It was discounting them through all purchases, though we were not saying that publicly (for hopefully obvious reasons)

I'm surprised I didn't notice, but I was buying so much stuff that it just went right by. I wanted to send a friend a gift card because they didn't have enough to buy the thing they wanted from Black Friday. And I thought "well I have so much CSC out I wont get a card out of vault, I'll just buy one for them and send" apparently should not have done that because price error.
I hope no one tried to exploit that .... could have been really awful

Is there no longer a bonus discount for those renewing their Gold Accounts within 3 days of them expiring? I usually take advantage of this discount when I get the notification that my GA is expiring in 3 days but when I went to do it today, it is giving me the regular prices. I took a screen shot of the page back in September so I could make sure to know how much CSC I would need to have set aside. 480 for 1 month, 864 for 2 months, 1296 for 3 months, and so on. Thanks in advance!

As far as coupons go, we discontinued them 5 years ago. Based on logs, people haven't really used them in ages, so we thought it was okay to just kill that feature off. and I are taking the feedback here though and working on something in exchange for those coupons after black friday. :) We'll have more information soon!
