I've been doing a lot of baking lately! I really like it. Sometimes they turn out amazing, sometimes it doesn't work at all haha.

I did up a batch of sugar cookies on the weekend and tried icing them all pretty.. they turned out not bad for a first attempt!

I don't decorate like I use to when my girls were little and it's up to my daughter if she decorates her home or not.
But I do like a little tree up just to remind me of what Christmas is really about.
Going to daughters house this year so only have to make the side dishes and probably a banana cheesecake for dessert

well so sure we will get them this year, we only get them cause we go visit for Christmas but we have decided not to this year and she would have to mail them then.

I'm well. Feeling pretty inspired to write all the time is nice. Sometimes I get stuck though because there's more than one thing I want to write and I can't decide which one to work on... trying to stick to my nano novel thing but other things keep occurring to me ;)
