Taking a moment to take in the salty ocean air, she gave a relaxing sigh. "Don't you just love the smell of the ocean? The ocean breeze is so calming." Turning her attention to the students lounging about the deck, she laughed at the confused looks she received. "I see a few of you are surprised to see me. I assure you, I am a chaperone. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be here earlier, I was neck deep grading finals, so I wasn't able to join in until now." With that, she turned back to the ocean, a wistful look in her eyes. "You know, it would be interesting if we could embark on a voyage like many once did back in the old days..."

Your HA challenge for this week is to create a Human Avatar ready for a sea voyage.

Some rules for this challenge: 1.) NO UNIFORMS. 2.) Your avatar should include some form of water in the backdrop. 3.) Bonus points may be awarded to particularly creative entries!

Each member may only submit one avatar, and each avatar to successfully adhere to the challenge rules and theme shall be awarded 10 House Points!

CHALLENGE I hope you're ready to practice your poetry/songwriting skills. For this week's challenge, we'd like for you to imagine you're a Siren singing a beautiful song to lure sailors from a nearby ship. What enchanting words are you singing to these unwary sailors?

When the moon descends to kiss the ocean you can see me laying there on stones of silver oh, that sight will stop you in your motion skin so pale and eyes of gold, a sight unfamiliar. Spellbound by my voice, whispers breezing to your ear you never notice this being so peculiar. I offer you my hand and you take it without fear, a smile full of hidden lies on my lips so twee, not noticing the absence of air as we disappear, disappear into the depths of the sea.
