Dhara knows a song called Tisserrhati Pounce by a singer called Miravai Maratke. The tisserrhati is an instrument that looks kind of like a banjo with a trapezoid box instead of a round one and it's got spidersilk strings that are meant to be played by fingers with retractible claws :) Dhara has one with her--she plays it, but not at a bardic level or anything.

The Pounce is a dance move and it was a hit last summer on Pennarion. (Also Miravai Maratke is a former child actor who now has a singing career and she has the most terrible personality, but to the general public she's Pennarion's Sweetheart.)

Since quite a number of Squirrels are expecting a "visit" from unwelcome guest Florence, Chapter 7 will post in a few days. I can always combine 7 & 8 if need be, but since 7 is an RP challenge, it's REALLY unfair to do this while a number of you are unable to even be online.

Olivia proved to have a better temperament, but Florence is still in a really bad mood, so please stay safe, if you are anywhere in the path of the storms. The fire dangers seem to have died down for us, but I thank all of you for your concern, and return it to you.

Please let us know how you are as soon as possible!

, I'LL SURVIVE (in Va) it won't be as bad here, as they first thought (poor carolinas!) grin. but we've got a generator working to keep the fridge going. have a camp stove and refills, so coffee will save the hubby from my wraith. i've been cooking up a storm this week (even with bum knee) so that there will be 'easy to heat in a pan' food. AND i'm with Korval and their space opera life so my mind will be occupied and i won't miss the tv to much. ALSO downloaded a BUNCH OF music to my tablet (AND STILL HAVE ROOM!! LOVE ME 128 GIG!)/giggle/ so i at least will have music and not feel like i'm i'm being punished by the teacher. lol

also the mini generator should help keep the phones/tablet charged, and then we can go sit in the car to re-charge items. lol

I DIDNT turn into a wolf. That was that ate everyone then wore the bones as a crown.

That event was fun. Ive thought about doing something similar at one point...kinda like the movie/game of Clue tho.

So you say. I know you were working with them though. How else did you survive until the end? :P Yeah I had liked that event too.
