Thank you for the hard work you and the rest of the team do. Definitely not too any pings ... as someone else mentioned, people can always unsubscribe if they don't like being kept up to date. Many years ago it was frustrating not knowing what was going on so keep the pings going. I for one liked to be kept in the loop. Again, thank you for all you do.

Any chance that you know if the Quest-a-Thon will be extended due to all of the problems? I know that I've wanted to participate and do all of my quests over the weekend and today, but it hasn't been possible due to the site not cooperating for an extended period of time.

The updates are appreciated but it's very frustrating that other things like social media channels (at least the twitter) aren't used to post about any updates. (at the very least to say "we're working on it!" in a place that... loads). I get that we have this board but I tried to access it for over an hour last night and was unable to because the site was unusably broken.

It's nice to get updates on why the site is broken, but frustrating that's it's ANOTHER situation of "we switched to entirely new infrastructure the day of a huge event and it completely broke the site! Sorry! We're working on it! :)" because that nonsense has... literally never worked in the past. :/ But uh, yeah, I'm glad we're getting updates on forum post that loads about 20% of the time at least...

I'd be sorry for my nastiness if it wasn't taking me 6 hours to get my quests done.
