Yuck; even were I not veg, the smell of salmon is enough in itself to make me feel ill. (Which is actually unfortunate for my beau, who likes salmon but can't eat it if I'm around. >>; ) Pad Thai?

Ehhhh... Depends on if I can use replacements? Actual eggs make me feel ill, which means mayo is right out too, but with a little kitchen magic, I'm pretty sure I could make an 'egg' salad that's totally yum to me! Black bean tacos?

Absolutely yum! (I am a peanut butter fiend, I love the stuff.) Stuffed manicotti? (Which I refuse to make with ricotta, myself, can't stand the cottony texture of that cheese.)
