As of this week, my collection of Switch games is full, Let's go Eevee, Sonic Mania plus, Puyo Puyo Tetris, Splatoon 2, Rayman Legends, and Mario Kart 8. I doubt I'll put much time on them now, I'm still playing Soul Caliber III. I think its best if I delay playing Switch games until after SCIII or if I return to college.

Oddly my friend texted me about his Atari Lynx portable, that the system is tailored for southpaws. He goes on to say it was designed by them, for them. Go figure...

My hunny wants to get a Switch but I don't know enough about them to make a decision. I know I could Google everything, but I want real people opinions. Not these I'm paid to say this kind of opinions.

And honestly, I have no idea what Atari Lynx is. I guess more Googling is in my future.

I can say I'm having way more fun on Puyo Puyo Tetris than the others put together. Its simple enough to grab my attention, yet still able to make some AI battles worth playing. My taste IS simple.

I think its downfall would be the lifespan of the component batteries. Especially the console itself.

hey guys, how have you been? it's been a while! i've recently moved to the UK and unfortunately don't have wifi yet (it's a struggle) but i did get a switch and have just been addicted to super mario odyssey! i love how much it reminds me of super mario 64 and the other oldschool games.

My experiences with my games have been many things, revealing, surprising, simultaneously exceeding and underwhelming my expectations.

Though one intention is moot. I planned on playing at the student union of the campus I'll be attending. (I may not have mentioned here, but I've been readmitted for Spring. Studying for an Associate in Automotive technology.) It had been pretty much destroyed by an unfortunate accident involving sewer lines.

Still playing Soul Caliber III, but much less enthusiastically. My last unlocks were Astaroth's Stone Slab, and Cervantes' Imitation Sword. I won't finish this soon enough...

oh congrats on going back into automotive tech, how are you feeling about that?

I've been practicing and playing garage monkey for about a decade, I'm up for it. Its been over ten years since attending, and about three since I began preparing for a return. Just two more months until classes begin. I'm not doing this alone, my friend who inspired me to pursue this career has told me he could help me with course material. He's taken these courses before, and can give me advice.

He did give me some good news, the administration has decided to rebuild or reestablish the student union. Though it means I can't use the facility until maybe the Fall semester.

I think I might have locked this on accident. It should be fixed now.

I have a lot of time, but I can get easily distracted or procrastinatey, so things that don't require much overall time are what I enjoy most. I'm always up for a good riddle, puzzle, etc though!

The friend of mine, who first reached out to me. He used our mutual gaming interest to start a conversation. That chance encounter became a longtime friendship. I saw the same kind of frank interest here, even when I speak of older or games I have little experience in.

4. What kind of events (Subeta or discord) interest you? Funny thing is, I have no real interest in the events. I don't know what discord is, or what to do there. I've mentioned before how this has been a distraction, and still is.
