The comments section of the news post is a mess... I only got halfway through before I had to back out.

But I love the sashes themselves. Maybe aro, poly (both types), and agender next year?

I'm really glad they're in Quentin's shop too, they're certainly one of my favorite npcs, and it makes sense the nb darlin' would get these!

I agree it would be nice too though to have some more items like this (scarves, shirts, bandanas or something), so people can layer multiples if more than one thing applies. :)

Also, I'm curious as to why non-binary is just NB. I know bisexual was just 'bi' but I feel like 'NB' might be one that people might not get right away. I suppose this would be fine if the descriptions were update though.

I bought the lesbian one immediately and the bi one so I could make a HA of my wife haha

I'm so happy that these exist and while there are quite a lot of discouraging comments in the news post there are even more people excited and happy for them! So glad for the ace one, even if I can't wear it on my HA! (Well I could, but it would look odd XD) Since afaik the only official ace item on site is the platonic soulmate NPC plushie (I think it's a plushie?), it's so great to finally have an "all inclusive" item I can use/display. (As an aro, misanthrope ace, the idea of cuddling with a "platonic soulmate" makes me cringe. I do not do hugs unless you're a dog or a Pokemon plushie.)

Just wanted to drop a thanks, not only for the items existing, but also for putting them in the quest shop for the low price of 5. Immediately, cheaply, and indefinitely available. :)

I can do a quick friend hug but anything past that is awkward and I don't like it.

Anyways, as I said in the news I am so so sooo happy to have an ace flag included, especially since so many people out there assume we're just cishets (my soulmate is another female ace, soo) or that we just need "meds and therapy to fix us" which, yeah. Hurts? So, I'm really glad we're included with the flags. Like, made my really bad day waaay better.

THIS EXACTLY. I've been this way all my life... like literally when I was a kid I would worry about what would happen when I got married because I knew I'd have to have sex then. (Obviously that was before I realized I was aro too - only figured that out in the past few years. It was a relief actually; after like a decade of bad relationships, I finally know it's okay that I want to be alone!)

Gosh damnit I love these so much. I need so many of them for TCs. And SO SO HAPPY that my ace characters can also have sashes, not just my gay, trans, bi, or pan ones.

I'm a fan! I also support the idea of making a shoulder sash (or another area on the HA) so I can rep both parts of my identity as a gay trans man. I think a lot of people would make use of having multiple items that go on different layers, though I'd also completely understand if the staff just decided to keep it simple and sweet with just the sash.

I hope everyone who likes them for whatever reason uses them. Because it represents you. Because you can support your friends. Because its the perfect finishing touch to a great outfit. As long as there isn't hate, or rudeness or asking where straight pride is then you do you, boo.
