Well, I'm trying to narrow down the exact solution as much as I can, for the guide. We know of one thing that works, but I'm curious about there being other things. It doesn't hurt to try and see. :)

Yeah I’m thinking some bad luck omen, or stuff like careaper drops.

Unfortunately it’s not a very good weapon. I think it’s supposed to be a T8 bomb since it has no defense or heal and is infinite use. However, the T7 item hunter bomb does a lot more damage. The only advantage is the damage is concentrated over 3 icon types. Without defense or heal though, it has no practical use.

Hmm yeah kinda figured it wouldn't be a spectacular weapon. Oh well great TC fodder. :D

I looked on SL and only really found items with 2013 or like 1337 but not just 13 or 13th.

Nothing that would make sense if the theme is bad luck/superstition.

Finally worked with the cat, so at least that does seem to be confirmed to work.

I just don’t understand why though. Why have so many of the weapons released been lackluster? Is it that they genuinely don’t realize that the weapons aren’t useful or are they purposely making them not good? I feel like so many weapons that have come out just get tossed in the wardrobe or TC, but aren’t being used as weapons as intended.

No, it didn't work. I'm wondering if his fear will be more related to Friday the 13th specifically, since there is one this month. I guess we'll see once his fear challenger gets released later.

He drops tome of earth at 15 and water at 25, and his face is so exquisitely punchable.

is anyone else's Batista image abnormally tall in their battle page? mine is larger than every other opponent, so he distorts the page.

Honestly, it’s just more work for the artist and the admins that test the weapons. We keep asking for more viable options, yet continue to get weapons no one uses. I would love to recommend more weapons than just X but it boils down to there are no other options to beat opponent Y other than making heavy investments in X.
