The battle bug is really getting on my nerves since I'm doing BQs with 3-4 pets, so except for levels 1-5 most of my battles are multiple turns.

Someone probably went on a buying spree. Not saying I may have done that temporarily for Shinwas Soap or anything...

If you have an ad blocker you may have blocked them by accident? If so, try disabling the blocker and see if they appear. Unfortunately, that's the extent of any technical advice I can give. :(

I'm not sure anyone recommends stuff out of the MC for tier 7 except maybe the Turkey Quill. It's useful because it generates Turkey Elixirs each turn, so when you're fighting a grabby challenger like Bandit there's a chance it'll steal an elixir rather than one of your main weapons or healers. I use essentially the same tactic using The Ether against any challenger that has a high steal rate.

I can't think of any time I've ever used thief crystals. If you really need to steal there are much more reliable ways to accomplish it, and much better crystals to fill mod slots with. But with that said... I like to hoard all loot, especially crystals. Better to have it and not need it than need it and have to buy it. So I chucked mine in my crystal vault with all the rest.

Ahh, yeah, when you're eyeing a Natasha, Ornamented Hook Swords, or The Ether you'll probably appreciate having saved some money in earlier tiers. has a budget battle weapon by tier post you may find useful for getting some cheaper weapons for lower tiers.

Keep Pand. With Iggy also equipped, they are amazing blockers for the price. You don't have to use both each turn, just have both equipped in the set and you can use them when you first tackle Ice King. A good way to get thru until you can earn USS.
