some people just pick a fight about ANYTHING to get a discount. I HATED that. We had a guy come in with a frozen pizza he bought... and BURNT and demanded his money back because he "couldn't enjoy his pizza" and they DID IT!!! like o_O WTF

like I said before its a shame what people do now a day for discount or free stuff. we had a bunch of incident similar to the one I told you

It's hard to cite one example of frustration when they are almost constant. I work at a pot shop and because of recreational we have almost all people who have never used before and demand a lot of attention because they have also completely refused to even remotely try educating themselves, then they get angry when another customer of the same cut also requires attention.

Can't spend an hour with you for a 14$ purchase, sorry.

Jesus Christ. I've by far had my share of horrible customers, but that is just beyond sh*tty.

Its the same at my vape shop. People think that just because they want to lay off cigs but haven't done any research into vapes they can consume HOURS of your time. I've literally read off every single e-juice flavor and what they contain as well as given details on EVERY DEVICE that we carry, (wattage, how to use, etc) and had them just say, "oh thanks" and walk out. Like if you're going to demand intimate detail on every single one of my products despite the fact that I have other customers and things to do, and STILL not buy anything, you suck.

Of course you want to give everyone the best customer experience possible, and you genuinely want to help them out before they make a purchase, but people just seem so entitled that they think its okay to waste your time.

i hate this! It is so unfair, I am disgusted by people that cannot recognize that both men and women are equally valuable as professionals
