Hello and welcome to Public Beta Testing for the new Custom Clothing page! The Custom Clothing page is the section of the site that lets you upload, submit, slot and pay for custom clothing items. These pages are all under the URL /explore/custom_clothing.php. Please note that this update does NOT include pages found under /cw_shop.php (User CW Shops).

The revamped page is very different from the old one, so be prepared and please approach it with an open mind :) The goal of the revamp was to improve usability and make it easier to navigate the various CW pages.

Please read this entire post before participating in testing.

New Functionality: Item Retirement

You can now retire your items directly from this page, without having to move them to your CW Shop.

In addition, the new Retirements Page will show you all CWs you manually retired, as well as CWs that are retired because all copies were sold, whether by slotting or through your shop.

How to Beta Test!

We have already had a round of closed beta testing, so it should be safe to use the beta site to do everything you'd normally do: upload new CWs, submit slots, pay slots you owe, etc. Please don't be afraid to try it out!

Community Feedback - This is the perfect time to make suggestions or leave constructive criticism about the revamp. Note: We're not looking for new feature suggestions at this time - only feedback pertaining to the update itself.

Functionality Testing - We've already had a round of closed Beta, so the open Beta will be our last round of testing to really make sure everything works correctly! If you find any bugs or glitches, please read the "Making Reports" section below and let us know!

[/ol]IMPORTANT NOTE: Beta Testing will occur on my development site. Please stay on the CW pages while you are there; don't use the dev site to play other parts of Subeta, as we can't guarantee we can help if any mishaps occur!

Making Reports

Before Reporting a Problem

• Remove your custom CSS.
• Make sure your browser is at 100% zoom.
• Check things like AdBlock, browser extensions, and userscripts - anything external that could be messing with the page, especially external JavaScript.

When Reporting a Problem

• Include information about your browser, operating system, and device.
• Be as descriptive as possible, especially about conditions you notice that make the problem appear.

Where to Report the Problem

• If it's a problem with a specific CW item, that may require programmer attention to fix, file a ticket.
• If you have discovered an exploitable glitch, file a ticket.. Do NOT post about it publicly.
• For everything else, feel free to make a post in this thread!
• Please note that we are not looking for new feature suggestions at this time!

If filing a ticket, make sure you specify that you are beta testing the new CW page, so that the ticket will be correctly transferred.

Yes. First, you can see all CWs you owe payment for by clicking the "Payments" button in the navigation sidebar. Second, if you owe payments, it will say so with a link to it on the area above the sidebar. That area will also alert you if you have pending uploads.

If you are talking about the Payments page, that's for when you owe on a slot. Any pending uploads will show up on the Uploads page. Once an item is on-site, it'll go to Active Items. All pages are always accessible via the sidebar.

The forum cache doesn't work correctly on the dev site, so be sure you are using the forums (and everything else OTHER than the CW pages) on the actual Subeta!

Quick update! I tweaked each of the pages that lists active items and slots to show the newest items first. Hoping this will reduce confusion.
