I was one of the lucky few born in the south with allergies. I am seriously allergic to everything. Animals, plants, yeah it sucks. But I take my meds and go about my business.

The southwest is at least dry most of the time. But the infernal heat has been here since the beginning of spring. And since the sky is clear most of the time, the sun's fury is making outdoor activities limited to the most urgent. In a few hours I'll march myself outside to deal with some things left unfinished. This restlessness is killing me when the conditions make it difficult to go outside.

I am sorry the heat has you cooped up, I feel you on a certain level. I am a line cook and our A/C Broke today. So I was literally cooking while trying to feed the fat masses. It was miserable, I'm in my cool home right now and so zapped for energy it's unreal.

Today and yesterday were different, I've been helping with several chores at a friend's house. Same old, cleaning, setup of their A/C, and mating an engine to it's transmission. There isn't much shade here, and we usually stop only for water or restroom breaks. But I'm used to it.

Uni has been keeping me busy, sorry about that!

So, how has been everybody doing? I've been... kinda swamped with homework.

I'm managing, the last few hours of the event are making my efforts accelerated. Trying to collect flowers to stash for next year.

Unfortunately for me, I won't be attending college this summer, I wasn't able to turn in some paperwork in time. My goals are now to get a driver's license and get my act together for fall.
