I can understand it to a point, but like...there's pretty good bleaching methods out there that would've taken my dark blonde to white without frying my hair. I'm more annoyed about it today than I was Thursday and yesterday. Also...it's really not black for the base like I specifically said multiple times. It's a super dark brown but...I told her black, repeatedly, and also showed her black again when she brought me the color samples. I'm not really very happy with stylists who don't listen to me on that end because they think I don't know what I want or that it's hard to take black back to a lighter colors. I know that, hasn't stopped me from going black on my own before /sigh

Sucks worst is now the trip is canceled and I have a one way plane ticket that I can't refund, and a week and a half of vacation time I can't ask them to take back >.>

Yeah, the best is olaplex, though some stylists still won't use it for whatever reason. It's hard to keep white white when you're doing other colors. But even still, they should have done it.
