I have to go to the er vet. Nigel can't pee. I'm really scared. [edit] well the good news is nothing life threatening at the moment. The vet gave him an exam and his bladder is empty so for tonight sent us home with him getting pain meds and fluids--but no answers. I'm hoping to go to the normal vet tomorrow. She wanted to check his urine, but there wasn't any to get.

yeah. Without doing more tests, she doesn't really have any answers. We really need his pee, so hoping by the morning, if the parents agree, I can take him to our vet to continue checking. I'd feel a lot better after tests.

Is it possible he peed somewhere else and not in the litter box ? I've not had this issue so I don't know how you fully assess how one knows your kitty hasn't gone pee.

I hope your pet is ok. About a year ago my cat couldnt go and she had eaten some rubber thing..not even sure where she got it
