yep with water-we had them for well over 20 years. (tanks that is.) I honestly think its the fish at Petsmart.

I hope so too. Today was another long day but now the shelf is up over the 5gallon. Lucy tried to get to Lavender and Ron yesterday so it was imparative to fix the problem. I also built a shelf with sides for the 20 so I can open the hood and the cats can't get in from the sides.

I'm glad you've got the shelf to guard it now. And that you've prepped for the 20 gal to be safe too!

me too. It was a lot of work because I had to move the desk an inch, which meant moving every thing off the walk and down for that inch haha. But its done. The 20 gallon's shelf will be dry tomorrow, so I'll put it up then. how was your day?
