It's eased some more, but then spiked. Hopefully it keeps going down and the spikes are less hardcore.

On the good side I was able to hold off on pain killers for a while. I am down from rotating 800mg ibuprofen and 1000mg acetaminophen every three hours to just the ibuprofen every 6, occasionally 500mg acetaminophen in between. So it's better, more manageable. But man when it spikes...
