hope you manged to get her awake. I had to run a lot of errends today, including going to buy a compression sleeve for my elbow. its been popping and with it a lot of pain. been getting worse so I needa get it to calm down.

thanks :D lol annoying. I had to go out to the store and buy new glass cooking dish. I er accidentally exploded the other one. Then I went looking for a thermometer for the fish tank but that took like 5 stores. I'm exhausted and my elbow has been popping painfully so i had to get an elbow sleeve. And when I got home, I grouted the mosaic tile coasters I made for father's day. Been a long day. You?

I got my car smogged so I could pay my registration, but the smell of gas my car has been putting off made my mom super worried...so she made my dad take it to the shop. I've got a cracked fuel pump....they fixed it, I'll pick my car up tomorrow...but it's cost me $662 that I do not have. I have to put it on a credit card which sucks because I'm trying to pay them off, not add to them.

Yeah I turned on the wrong burner trying to cook dad his dinner as a nice thing you know? Well When I realised the pan which was cold was suddenly boiling, I grabbed it with potholders and called dad for a cooling rack. I was hoping the cooling rack would keep it from exploding. I went to the laundry room which is about 6-8 steps away, and dad slipped the other side to the living room to talk to mum when BOOM!. So no one was hurt. But it went EVERYWHERE. And lol gravy was dripping down the cabinets. Dad and I cleaned the mess up and I was joking--though I did feel bad. We thankfully had backup dinners so it worked out.

-nods- i can mostly relax though now. I'm looking forward to going to the aquarium on my birthday and afterwards picking up the stuff for my tank and crayfish. i had to grout today since it needs 48 hours to fully dry--it'll be ready Saturday evening. Cutting it close but still on time :D

Oh man, well I'm glad you caught it before it exploded on the stove itself, and that you'd both left the area before it went. I'm sorry it ruined dinner but glad you had a backup.

Getting a smog check (to see the output of the exhaust). California has laws restricting how much a car can put out - if you're above that, you can't get your car registered until it's fixed. It's part of our clean air laws.
