I thought about being a translator, but after hearing some of my friends do professional translation work here, it sounds really tedious and stressful. So yeah, probably not. 😅 I like translating for non-work-related situations though, such as helping out a friend who doesn't speak Japanese visit the doctor's.
Thank you! I hope so, too! 😊 And good luck to you in finding something!
Oh yeah, we must've flown over your state then. 😆 YES, the food is so delicious! I loved everything I ate, especially pão de queijo (which I ate every day, lol) and brigadeiro (because I love chocolate!). My fiancé's family also did churrasco while we were there; I ate so much BBQ meat, lol.
Churrasco is amazing! You made me crave it now XD I'm glad you enjoyed your time here, hehe
Thank you cutie <3
Oh ew fair enough then! It is so awesome that you can speak and read Japanese. I've always wanted to do it because I'm a bit of a weeb (can you tell from my signature?!) but the kanji looks so hard to write and learn! And thank you! I'll get there eventually :)
Lol! Yeah, I noticed--I think it's a really cool signature. 😉 Oh gosh, yeah, kanji is always hard--even for Japanese people! But I think listening and speaking aren't that difficult if you immerse yourself in it. Having lived and worked in Japan for nearly 5 years now, I've noticed that my Japanese listening and speaking skills have improved a lot because I'm immersed in it daily (due to being surrounded by a lot of Japanese people who don't speak English--I live in a semi-rural area).
Oh, when you get started in learning to read and write kanji, I think it's fun! Not all kanji is super complicated. I quite enjoy reading and writing kanji...when I'm not pressured to get a good score on a kind of kanji test, lol. 😆
Hehe thank you! All-Might is so beautiful hehe
I'm sooo jealous of you, this all sounds so awesome :)! How is living in Japan? I can imagine it's great, apart from using public transport in the cities! But people seem to be really thoughtful and mindful of other people.
Living in Japan is nice! I live closer to the countryside; things are quite chill and peaceful here, and people are really nice and polite—and the food and culture are great, so I love it! 😊 Public transportation in my area isn’t very convenient though, so I almost always drive wherever I go. 😆 (But I use the trains a lot in big cities, like Tokyo and Osaka. It’s really convenient!)
Thank you for the sticker in my album! ❤
Ahhh that sounds so perfect <3 I'm glad you're enjoying your time in Japan, it sounds super awesome ^^
no problem! <3
