I know I only show up in this group like once a year, but I've been itching for survival for like.. a couple weeks now. I've started looking over the ping groups for strains I don't have yet to figure out which I should go for to increase the number of biters. Lowest I don't have Heartburn - 20 members Faceworm - 24 members Death Worms - 29 members Naughty Nip - 36 members

Anyone else making your personal survival plans a bit too early? It's only about 4 weeks off - assuming it still goes on...

I'm just going after strains that start with the letter 'B'. It's a weird goal, but I had a bunch of them already and I might as well finish the collection.

Bright Bite, Bubble Jelly, Buzzkill, and Blood Rush. Assuming we don't get any more, I should be good to finish it.

I do wonder if there's ever going to be an opportunity to close the gap on missing strains. With 4 new a year it seems impossible after a while.

I'll get that one first then. You're usually right there when Survival starts.

I think Staff have said that don't intend on letting anyone collect them all. Mabe we can see if they'll change their minds and maybe make some 4 stagers?

That would be nice. I haven't checked, but I think I'm out of vial strains to tweak my virus-schedules with XD

I've got these still on my consideration list, but I like to take at least one of the new ones each year, so I'll have to narrow it down to probably less than half:

well that's a bit weird, I mean you can collect all the zapper skins... Which I have xD I love collecting skins, although I've accepted that I pretty much never wear skins outside of survival out of laziness (the skins are all the way in another tab that I forget about!) so I have no qualms about getting the most unpopular ones. The positive is that it helps people who do actually want it. I thought blood rush was pretty unpopular - I signed up for it when it was new and unknown... But next year there were people asking for it and it surprised me. Suppose there's always someone who wants it. Equally people will probably be surprised when I ask for heartburn. :)

My exact plans are uncertain. I don't know if I should ask for heartburn first due to the low members, don't know if anyone will be on to help right away. And I'll have to set aside plans if I really like any of the new skins..

I like to keep mine because I feel like my sanity goes out the window during Survival.

lmaoo absolutely love yours and it's 100% understandable we'll see how it goes this year, lots of uncertainty already but i'm hoping for the best regardless :S

Thankfully, running the thread isn't nearly as difficult these days since everybody helps out. I'm sure whatever road block we hit, we'll get past it. We always do!

I completely dropped off of Subeta after new years oh my gosh ... I had no energy to put towards it, but I'm back for survival!!! No way could I miss out on spending it with you guys! :)

That's good to hear lol! Same, it would've been a shame!! Survival is such a fun holiday - I'm super excited to see the new zombie strains and the items and such ~ :D

😔😔😔 i had a feeling it wouldn't work out this week... on the other hand, the decreased time between stages sounds fantastic, we'll be able to get more skins :D (tho idk how i feel abt the new strains having less stages...i love to see them unfold slowly so you have to speculate more abt the direction they're going but thats just a personal preference)
