For the yummy giveaway... I ate this amazingly good salty pancake, which had bacon, blue cheese and pineapple in it. It was like a pizza pancake, hoho. Sadly I don't know the recipe for the dough since it was from a restaurant, that specifies in pancakes, salty and sweet. But! They do have vegan options in there if it counts half a point for the bonus pfft. :)

I recently discovered daiya brand mac and cheese. It is nondairy and so close to velveeta mac just sooo satisfying holy crap. Um also almond milk icecream like wow.

Mmmm food I just made dinner and it was really good (and vegetarian! I think? Not vegan though since it does have dairy) so I'm going to tell you about it!! I actually got it in one of those dinner boxes in the mail and since they sent the exact measurements, I don't have a real recipe, but I usually wing it while I'm cooking anyway :p but I'm going to guess the measurements!

The meal was lemon marscapone pan fried gnocchi. We got a container of gnocchi that we fried in a pan with a little oil until crispy, then added fresh spinach to wilt in the pan, then lastly stirred in the sauce. We mixed the sauce before making the gnocchi and in it is lemon juice (2 tbsp?), marscapone(1/2cup?), grated parmesan (1/4cup?), garlic, salt, pepper the recipe called for 1/3cup water but we added milk, then we added extra seasonings like basil and thyme. Then we had extra parmesan to put on the top c: it was super yummy!
