Yes, my eyes are better again. I have relapses now and then after I had eye accidents with shards of metal for three times in 2 years and it always had to be scarped of in narcosis and always the right eye.

You won 5K CSC in a contest? I wish I had that much dedication; I keep getting distracted. But I totally get 's sentiments about contests: it is so much of a hassle to get first place. I think tiered contests are better.

Heck, I always want to win CSC in contests, but I tend to not be so lucky in that respect. For example, I try to enter HA contests with CSC prizes but I don't win because I'm not as good at HA design as other users apparently.... It's frustrating actually. I want to be good enough to win for once. Sorry about ranting lol. ;)

Thanks, I typically want CSC because I'm a big pet enthusiast. When I first came to Subeta, I fell in love with the fact that users can buy extra pet slots (I wish that was an option on Neo). So I was constantly saving up sP and CSC in getting slots for new pets. Nowadays, I've slowed down a bit in getting pets. Partly because I'm in a writing slump and partly because I'm running low on pets I actually want to get. I've gotten a LOT of angel pets; I'm interested in getting species that don't seem to be that popular on the site. However, I've gotten just about every angel pet that I want. I might get an angel aeanoid and tutani but after that I'll be done until angel versions of the newer pets come out.

Yes, I am enjoying survival. Gave me a chance to stock up on hearts and breakdown and get the luvbug virus I did not get when it first came out. As far as Csc contests, no point in my trying since I always lose. Mostly I just stick to ulalena's contests since she goes out of her way to give ed out several prizes and nice feedback.

HA creation contests are fun! Winning is fun. Participating and never winning is somewhat fun, but it gets old, I agree. Yet only a few can win any given contest, so persistence is the way forward. If you participate enough, eventually you'll win. Also there are some contests that don't get much participation and you can more easily win (though usually if there's a CSC prize it gets a lot of participation... everyone wants CSC it seems)

I like 's contests because they have such interesting themes. But lately I've been more in a writing mood than an avatar creation mood, so I'm not entering as often as I used to. Still, it's a fun activity and I do it sometimes :D

At some point I'll try running some more contests myself. I don't have enough stuff to give out yet really though... eventually I'll have a bit more.

Survival is a really fun event because I love all the zombie stuff and the romance stuff and the combination is humorous to me :D
