ahhh that's how it was when CWs went to the actual cash shop rather than the individual user shops we have now! I'll add updating that to my to do list

Yeah, I hadn't looked at that link in so long that I didn't even remember that is what it had said haha. Someone was asking me some questions and was like "okay but this says X" and I was like...well, it's wrong, I promise haha.

Heads up, when you retire something it doesn't just take the remaining batches, it also retires the batches that have already been assigned slots and are awaiting payment I made a ticket for my specific problem but I thought I should let you know that this is a thing~

Yeah... retirement is something that happens to the entire item; it's not a per-batch status. We're currently working on an update of the main Custom Clothing page and this will be addressed then. For now, some good guidelines to follow would be:

  • Don't move an item to your shop if you are still waiting on unpaid slots.
  • Don't permanently retire an item until all the copies are done going out / getting paid for.
