Congrats on the book hun. Drill was a nothing to write home about day for me again. Maybe someday they can get things worked out and running smoother. [user=Bug} sure seems to be a step in the right direction!

I don't know why this happens but seems to right before they run an event. I kept the log of feeding. From 5am until 8pm Lander could eat only 7 food items. Is that 15 hours? And only 7 foods? Really strange.

I hope Drill's is better for all of us tomorrow! ;)

I would think it would at least be 1 food for every hours. I have not really paid much attention. I usually feed what I can after drills quests, then again right before I get off for the night.

- 2 1/2 years is a long break. But makes a lot of sense since you weren't having any fun. Glad you came back since now I have a chance to get to know you. And also pleased that you're having fun battling again.

Well, it took Tos 9 months to get from T9 to T10, but she is still all hand trained. No auto-training and no EXP used or stat boosters used (possibly one or two back before any serious battling when I was finding out what they were - I don't remember for sure). I have a bunch of stat boosters and EXP saved up to used for her eventually. And if there are any leftovers then I have three other battlers. But we'll see - I was really excited when Tos got to T9, but then I also did a quick math calculation and realized that she was still only 1/7th of the way to the cap. LOL

- I hear people saying their pets aren't getting hungy every so often. Ugh! Hopefully, annoying recurring errors like this will start getting permanently fixed as they are upgrading and modernizing the site coding and moving to better support tools. Meanwhile, hang in there and good luck feeding your pet.

Thank you for the info about the feeding! :) I wasn't sure if everyone was having the same issues but yes, it will be so nice when they get it fixed especially with the event coming up, sure to be lots of food at the Zombie Den and L'Amour Parlour. Which I am really looking forward to!

For what it's worth - Tos is a fairly new Tier 10 and she has been trained with Jim at the training center. Your pets will grow (and the littlest ones grow the fastest!). If you do Battle Quests, then you earn EXP which you can trade for stat gains for your battle pet that don't cost anything at all in terms of sP (not even the price of the training center). And Shinwa can give you stat boosters when you do her quest. And, of course, Quentin can give you mage amulets, which can be given to the Mage for a chance to get tomes (a tome is also a stat booster). So there are a bunch of ways to grow your pet. Every so often you will get stats from your job, the Oracle or just a plain random event. And I'm told you can also get them from scratchcards if you are doing that. The best thing is that however much training or Battle Quests you do (or don't do) your pet can only gain. So over time it will eventually add up and you'll look back and be amazed at how far you've come.

Thanks so much for all the great info!! I do Shinwa every morning first before the other quests. I really need to stick with the BQ's. That would really help! I do collect the amulets as well from Quentin. Occasionally win a stat from a scratchcard, they all have jobs and I've noticed the bonuses too with stats. :)

Yeah the old fashion training takes forever, but sound like once you hit the tier you waiting on you will be able to train like crazy with all you have saved up! I am sure you have been told that once you hit T13 it costs and arm and leg in EXP for each stat. Don't hold me to this, but if my memory serves me correct I think way back we didn't even have an alert when our pet was done in jims training center. Maybe one of the old battlers would remember for sure like Cara (ColdDragon) or DrJeff, there are more, but not many more left that would know/remember. :(

- there's a ping group for Battle Quests if you think it would help. Someone (usually pings every day around midnight Subeta time on the Battle Chat thread. And that's also where people post their BQ results or just chat and try to help encourage each other to get them done (also where you can ask pretty much anything about battling). They're friendly, if you're interested you would be welcome there.

I very rarely do Major Drills' quests. I think I tried them, but then they were broken for a while and not giving out any SBQ or other goodies. I may have to try them again one day and see what I think. :-)

By the way, as far as the Mystery Box goes, you can actually do better than just over 13K to figure out what you're getting. It turns out the box sells things for a multiple of the regular shop price - and the rarer items are higher multiples, so it's actually the expensive items that are usually what you want - there's a guide here with a chart of what multiple for which rarity range in (of all places) 's Battle Blog - Mystery Box Guide here. Hope it helps! ( - this guide might help you too if you are looking for something in particular).

- thanks - the folks on the Battle Chat thread have all kindly warned me that EXP cost per stat triples from Tier 12 to Tier 13, so I know I should probably use it at T12 or before. :-)

No training alert - that must have made training multiple pets really interesting. I'll have to ask them and see if they remember that.

- sorry, I looked but only have the Midnight Cocoa Gift, but maybe you could find one in the Mystery Box if you have time to do a lot of refreshing. It should be selling for between 3 and 10 times the original cost. Good Luck!

Well I do/work on a lot of landscaping as with my Koi pond. I just enjoy being outside. I love to go on bike rides and go for walks. Play volleyball or some basketball (horse) LoL I specially love swimming!

- no wonder your pond area looks so gorgeous. I'm looking forward to seeing you post another picture of it in the summer. II have always loved to swim and enjoy bicycling too. I think swimming is probably one of my favorite activities. A shame it's not a year round thing (outdoors) where I live.

I am feeling a lot better today :D Mom's been here to help me clean out stuff from the basement (when I moved in with my boyfriend we just stuffed all my things into boxes and now we're going through them, throwing a lotta stuff away that I've kept since I was a kid heh. Lotta memories, but feels good to get rid of stuff).

Hi everyone, I finally migrated over to say hi. Life has really been busy for me this last month or so. Lots of stuff happening at work and such. I have some extra time today and tomorrow because I just found out I have strep throat. Took about 4 days to get a proper diagnosis, because I didn't have the typical burning hot sore throat and the rapid test came back negative. Took them a day and half to finally get back with the results of the throat culture and finally get me some antibiotics. Being sick is really miserable, especially since my fever came back today and my throat was starting to hurt worse.

Other than being sick life has been good. How is everyone here?
