I felt so lucky to get it - I decided I might as well go for both the ticket buying achievement and lotto winning achievement in one go so I wound up purchasing about half of all the lotto tickets for that day. I was kind of terrified that after I spent so much money (which I eventually would have anyway going for the first achievement) that I still wouldn't get the stupid thing. Only wound up winning a field potion but I never have to worry about the lotto again so I guess it was worth it.
