No big deal if you forget!! I made the weirdest thing today, but was good. I had some Mung Beans and I soaked them overnight and ground them (next time I'll grind first and soak as will be easier) mixed them with a dab of egg beaters, yogurt, almond milk, salt, stevia and a scoop of vanilla protein powder and made pancakes/crepes with it and it actually tasted great!! I was too lazy to make something to roll up in them and just ate with syrup. :-P (I can't eat flour is why I went through all of that)

well since i wasn't able to go do my easter shopping due to the snow kids will get what i have and the rest when i can go shopping. not much really maybe just some laundry and damn dishes rolls eyes we don't have family around so i don't have to do a dinner or anything
