Clearing cookies helped for me although I had to log back in and do a refresh on the tree page.

On my iPad: i was on Safari and I cleared my cache which didn't help much- I still had some ornaments that didn't show... however Chrome is working great now. Cleared my cache again and now it's fine on Safari! :)

Clearing the cache worked for me with Chrome, but for some reason tree skirts and toppers aren't showing up at all for me...??? Is anyone else having this problem/has anyone found a solution to it? Because at this point I'm stumped, unless it's a known bug I just haven't caught wind of anywhere yet.

I logged out, cleared cache (and everything else), logged back in and went straight to my tree. I also tried my other browser.

My tree still won't show.

Firefox on Mac (other browser is obviously Safari)

I use Chrome. The tree loads, the current ornaments load, but clicking on a lot of new ones doesn't work (they show up as invisible boxes - some do work for some reason though) and the tree doesn't save with them on. Decided to just leave my tree as is until I could be bothered to go to Firefox. I did today. The tree doesn't even show up in Firefox at all, and no ornaments show. :C Cleared cache and cookies, logged out and in, nada.

I think any tree issues right now are related to the server issues we are having today, rather than the usual chrome error this topic was about. So please wait for now, until there is more news from us about the server issues, since it is possible that resolving them will resolve this as well.

Putting this under this topic, as a sort of general tree issue - hope that's alright! I'm having an issue where my tree skirts aren't staying as I positioned them, but they are showing up (in contrast to 's issue). I'm not sure if this is purposeful since gifts usually cover the area.

I'm having the same problem on Chrome and have cleared my cache twice, but that doesn't seem to fix this problem. I can see most ornaments when I add them, but a few don't show up.

Are there still server errors? I've cleared my cache soo many times I"m tired of signing back into everything, and some of the ornaments will let me position them but some wont and the tree wont save no matter what?
