Huh, I'm in the mood for mince pies all of a sudden..

Imagine lots of dried fruit, moist and soft, put into a sweet pastry case,, they are nice warmed up with a bit of cream on, they are quite rich and give me heartburn [like most things ] Ive just had one with a cup of coffee and a dash of Baileys in it, I must suffer for Lumi's sake :0)

Thank you for the seasonal giveaway! This is very kind of you. Mince Pies? I've never been fond of them. I'm not certain why but they've just never been something I've enjoyed. I prefer home made ginger bread biscuits. I have seen mince pies made with puff pastry which I thought looked rather nice.
