Ok, I'll be a bit more helpful than that . There will be clickable items on your page during certain events on the site. For instance, during Moroside there will be a pumpkin somewhere on your page, click on it and it will put it into your inventory, Then you will be able to carve and collect them, feed them to pets, donate them to Fantine for pies, or delete them. There are achievements for some of those mentioned, just check the achievements page to get an idea of what you want to try to do first.
