How far away are you from tier 4? Yes the T11/T12 weapons do a lot of damage, but opponents also block a lot/do a lot of damage themselves haha

That's not very far away as long as you are doing battle quests and training every day. I keep forgetting to put my non main battle pets in training xD

I've been doing autotrain, not sure if that's a bad idea with the stat cap, but I'm planning on doing it up to Tier 7 I think...only need to remember once a day though!

I would stop auto training as it is expensive and not worth it if you are getting less than 12 training sessions per day. Using experience gained through battling will be a lot cheaper and help you level up faster. Depending on your scrolls and weapons, your pet can already take on all of the easy and medium challengers during BQs. You can potentially get 10 wins on most of the easy and medium challengers outside of BQs.

Thanks for the tip, I'll keep that magic number 12 in mind then! I think I already have over 10 on all the easy and medium challengers, I'm working on getting 10 on Mechalag now...didn't realize he does so little damage, but definitely takes a long time to kill (at least for me).

He does take a long time with all that health but that is good! Yeah keep making sure you do battle quests every day and you could use your experience to buy stat points. There are also boosters in the battle shop you could hoard or use to gain stats as well. However, it's always best to make sure you have weapons ready for the tier you are boosting towards. You will be fine for tier 4, but I have seen people do big jumps from T6 - T10 or even T11 and not have the right weapons to beat the opponents they need.

That just means they have a T11 pet that's only doing a little more damage than a lower tier pet instead of making a big Tier jump in weaponry right? Challengers don't just naturally get harder once your pet jumps a tier do they?

Correct. Higher tier pets should be able to beat the extremely hard and impossible challengers, as long as they have the right weapons. Higher tier weapons not only do more damage, but they also block a lot more damage. For example, let's say I have only my T8 weapon set. I am battling malerias familiar. The familiar has the potential to do 80 icons of dark damage at worst. I have a T8 malice cannon that blocks 10 dark icons. The maniacal essence is a T11 dark blocker that blocks 100 dark icons and heals for 10%. Now there other options to the essence that could work to beat her, but your pet will still lose to the familiar unless you are using either a T10 or T11 weapon that does more damage, heals and blocks more icons.

If you haven’t joined # bq ping group, you should. You’ll get a daily ping to do your BQs. I leave the ping in events till I do them and then delete the ping. Nice reminder for battlers.

I had a couple pets tier up recently. Fels reached tier 8 yesterday I think, and Mall Cop got to tier 5 at some mystery time. The only reason I noticed Mall Cop was because I had it fight the polyester shirt challenger today.

Talk about winning by the skin of your teeth eh.... Good job!
