I'd say Sims but I'm always playing that....it's not even nostalgia tbh. I sometimes revisit Sims 2 for that reason though.
Skyrim! I currently run too many mods on it though and should fix that before going back. I am a hopeless case when it comes to Skyrim mods, tested more than it's healthy. coughs
After a break of at least five years, I went back to A Certain Other Virtual Pet Site...it's an experience. They currently have an ongoing plot, but the world map isn't even navigable. Not even the wheels will load. Honestly, who is even doing what behind the scenes and why?

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards is my go to I loved that game and I still could play it over and over.
I WANNA AGREE WITH SO MANY OF YOU!
Animal Crossing (GC) Paper Mario (Original AND The Thousand Year Door) Kirby AirRide Kirby and the Crystal Shards (I have the original and the re-release on the wii)
I also bought Pokemon Yellow and Crystal virtual console editions on my 3DS XD
Man, I could listen to the music from Mystical Ninja (N64) over and over - That music was AWESOME

July group!
I go back to Fate. The original one by WildTangent, and man is the soundtrack just amazing. I keep getting reminded about how bad I am at fishing though. And the graphics kill me but I spent to many years of my youth on that game to give up.
I really don't care what gender you call me; it's all me in the end. I hope you have a wonderful day!
Kingdom Hearts! The first one. I first played that game when I was six years old; I associate it with fond childhood memories, and just that general magic and whimsy that you get swept up in as a kid. Said magic and whimsy sweeps me off my feet even fifteen years later!
The game has aged beautifully, amazingly. I know KH1 like the back of my hand, so it's really calming to go back and play it - I dunno how to describe it, really, but KH1 has always this calming effect on me that keeps me coming back to it. I could gush forever, but yeah, lol. Honest to god, a few sessions ago my therapist even recommended I go back to Kingdom Hearts in times of dire stress at home (Hell yeah, it worked!)
Anyway, yes... Kingdom Hearts is always my go-to game, hehe. I adore it with all of my... dare I say... heart ; D
Katamari is always comforting, I also enjoy starting over Pokémon silver. Oh, and I recently bought Dark Cloud for the PS4... I have the PS2 version too, I put in a ridiculous amount of hours into it when I was a kid, whew.
Hopefully I can say this but, Neopets The Darkest Faerie. Ya know, that ps2 era console game Neopets made. That was the first console game I ever played and it's been like 13 years and I still play it once a year or more?? I don't even play the actual website anymore (hardcore subetan here) but this video game....... I know it like the back of my hand and I always want to see how fast I can 100% it. Some of the areas in it are very homey to me.
In fact I've had my yearly cravings to play it lately but haven't had the time.
Y'all are making me feel positively ancient.
On the rare occasion that I get enough time to break out some old games, I'm probably playing Super Mario Bros. 3 for NES. :D
Jak and Daxter, Bioshock 2, and Fallout New Vegas.
I don't own it currently, but I love and want to snag another copy of Kirby Tilt n' Tumble. You had to waggle around your Gameboy (see thru purple yo) to navigate through courses. I beat it way too many times.
I haven't played any lately because I have most of the older consoles put away, but I 100% agree with Paper Mario (first and second, but especially Thousand Year Door, so much love for that game). Also Okami, I have the original one for PS2! I also go back and play older pokemon games as well, especially now that I have them as a digital download on my 3DSs.

Our Darker Purpose. It's a rogue-like game that has randomly generated maps and items on each level. I have nearly two hundred games on my steam account, but whenever I get some free time to play I always go back to that. The bad thing about it is that the devs have abandoned it. There's a bug I found on the last level where if you use a certain item you can push an enemy into a wall and it will never die unless you use a consumable item. You can't leave rooms unless you defeat all the enemies in that room, so you're effectively trapped if you've run out. This will never be fixed because there's no way to contact the devs. I also play a similar(but not much) game called Gloom when I get tired of playing ODP.
Warcraft, the original Spyro trilogy, the original Crash Bandicoot trilogy and Crash Team Racing, Tomba!, YoYo's Puzzle Park, Bubble Bobble, 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue...

I always go back to Older Pokémon games because my friend is always playing them. It’s fun when you play them again with a friend and you have someone to trade with and stuff.
