It's funny. I've been on this site on and off since 2005 (lost my original account when the lost pw system broke and my account got purged) and I don't think it was working around that time, either. My memory could be off though, given it was 15 years ago at this point.
Clearly there was a time period where it worked but I don't remember being able to use it.
