Dunno how long the formatting is supposed to be wonky? Bookmarks don't appear on the news page, and (at least) random toting is really off centered.

Is the vault lag related to this? I know this was put in place because the servers couldn't handle Moro, but I can't even remove items from my Vault at all!

Huge thanks for fixing most of the problems! The new layout is highly disturbing, though. :-) I'm such a person of habit.

What I will never approve of, are the squished together everything, if not a full window is used. And I can hardly imagine, many people are using just one window while playing Subeta!

First thing I noticed this morning, while checking if I could rearrange them again, were

Scrolls.

They have moved too close to each other, some of them are overlapping, esp. their names. Also some are bigger than others. Seems to be caused by the length of the words in their names. Very weird.

Armory is fine, though.

The new design for searching for things in your shop doesn't seem to be functional for me. The Search button is unresponsive, and the enter key doesn't start a search either.

The scroll library won't let you save a set. You can select, deselect and move the scrolls but when you hit "edit set" at the bottom to save it, nothing happens.

Good morning! Just pushed a fix for:

  • User shops: search button for searching items in your own shop was not working
  • Scroll sets: submit button for editing scroll sets was not working

The fix should show up within ~15 minutes.

Looking into the vault issue now.

I'm getting a horizontal scrollbar on the bottom of the News page.

This happened before when some layout changes were done a while back (I think it was either or who fixed it quick when I bought it up).

1366x768 resolution. Please don't tell me to change it. I can't go any higher. Besides, there is NO good reason for the scrollbar to be there. It's just empty space when I scroll it. Everything that needs to be seen fits just fine horizontally.

The reply button for comments works now, but the text is so tiny it's hard to read.

It should be working, is it still not working for you?

Thanks! Eventually we'll fix it to be a neat responsive font size, but for now I'll insert some code to temporarily force it to a bigger font size. Pinging everyone else to ask if there's anywhere else the font is simply too smol and needs a temp boost? I can just knock them all out at once. :)

I understand you are extremely frustrated with the scrollbar on the bottom of the news page. I reassure you that it was not an intentional design decision, but one of the many small layout bugs caused by our recent changes, and as such it will be addressed as soon as we finish tackling higher-priority bugs. Again, apologies for upsetting you so much, and thanks for being patient as we work through these changes.

Thanks ! The typing text for news comments and forum posts is fine for me at least, I just noticed the profile comments reply text was super small. Haven't really noticed anywhere else so far.

It is working now. I had tried leaving a priced page up to update it when it was working again - but that didn't work. Tried it with another page just to see if that one feature worked and it did. Thanks for checking with me.

I've been using 1920 x 1080 and while I can see the scrollbar, I did not even realize until someone pointed it out.

Will this be eventually fixed/changed? The white space is very odd and the categories are squished together. (Apology if it was adressed already. I am too lazy to read all around)

Awesome, thank you for confirming. And again sorry about it being broken for so long, I know that must've been super frustrating for everyone.

Okay so... I'm looking at that specific textbox and it looks like the font size is 14px which should be fine... Could you let me know what your screen resolution is, and what the font-size says it is for you? (Right-click the form and click Inspect Element, it should tell you in the console) Thanks.

Most of the pages I've run across on my PC the past few days, font-wise, have FINALLY been sized up enough that I can actually leave my resolution (am I even using the right word here? I don't think so) percent at only 100% instead of scaling the browser window to like 150% or more (seriously for the past several years sometimes I've hovered at 175-200 on some of the pages because of TEENY FONTS killing my bad eyesight).

Same with mobile where I no longer need to zoom in quite so much to see some of the previously too-tiny text. (Obviously needing to still for cramped space reasons or to interact with buttons but like, that's kind of an issue of space & not on your end at that point LOL).

As for spots that are still needing adjustments in individual places, off the top of my head are:

  • the events tab
  • the forum titles under user names
  • the drop-down navigation menus
  • the footers at the bottom of pages (the copyright, about, rules, etc. stuff)
  • the sub headers under topic/thread titles when navigating forums (i.e.: last post: topic title by user name)

if I need to provide screenshots of these to be more concise/clear about what I'm referring to, let me know! I don't use custom CSS or anything so I don't think there should be anything affecting what I'm viewing.

Regardless, none of these ends up being teeny enough to warrant me fiddling with the browser window because then everything else would be giant. It's just enough to be a bit of an eyestrain if I stare at them instead of navigate by memory. If their size could be bumped up even like by 1 I'd be over the moon.

Also I wanted to take a moment to thank you & the rest of the staff for continuing to work hard to squash all these bugs (hah) as they come up, and to continue being so quick & open with communicating back and forth with user base. It's nice to feel like I can just be like HEY I HAVE A PROBLEM WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT & then actually... see that implemented in real time.

Screen resolution is 1366 x 768 and it just says "font-size: 1rem" when I inspect the box.

It's a little annoying too see an unnecessary scrollbar show up on a page, but to think that I'm "extremely frustrated" or "upset" is exaggerating a bit. I don't know where you get the idea that I'm this bothered by it? And that is upsetting.

I appreciate the response though, and good to know it's unintentional, yet again. I figured it was just part of the layout changes going on, and wanted to make sure it was known about. Since there'll be a lot of different resolutions in use, it's hard to know how many people are aware it's happening.

Mainly the comments about not asking you to change the resolution, and when you said "there is NO good reason for the scrollbar to be there" - I guess, the last paragraph in general sounded really upset to me lol. Nothing against you at all, that's just how the wording came across to me, sorry if I misunderstood "^^
