Welcome to Subeta! There's a bunch of guides below, I think if you have played Neo before, a lot of users like restocking here because generally speaking it's a lot easier to get thing here and you don't have to clear shops. Mind you I haven't checked out Neo in a long time so things could have changed there.

Quests as mentioned are also really handy. You can buy a GA with sP instead of CSC/USD also, and if you don't feel committed enough to try a full month, there is the week long Gold Account option to trial as well (You can find all this under Cash Shop, Gold account on the top nav bar), and all cash shop items can be shop searched :)
