I was a member of Planet Fitness and cancelled. But it was more due to the personal. If you're just starting cardio, don't bother with the incline. And don't force yourself to go all out either. That is a recipe for failure. Just try to set small goals that feel comfortable to you. That way you won't feel overwhelmed. Good luck! :-)
