I made the best eggplant this week! I WAS roasting it too long! :-D Woohoo! Thank you for the tip and I plan to make it regularly now! That's funny that he didn't know about EVOO! :-P It reminds me my mom used to abbreviate everything and once she put T.P. on the grocery list and my dad bought toilet paper and she wanted tooth paste! :-D

i love cooking when I don't know what i'm doing, , MY SAUCE IS TASTING SO DAMN GOOD!!! and glad the roasted eggplant turned out!!! :D i've got some also, and i think i'm going to put some parm on top of it (leaving the eggplant in the bowl) and pouring some of my sauce on top of it, and EATING THE WHOLE BOWL!!

Well one if them they go to japan and drift. What they do on that movie is what she does. The reception was ok. Veeery morning they just drifted cars all day and we mostly just sit there are watched. I got to ride along once

It's been pretty nice here the last few days but supposed to rain on Tuesday and I'm guessing won't stop until December. :-( I don't blame you for going off! I've been so mad at the site all day. It's like the 3rd day and still lagging and hanging. Grrrrr!

What sauce did you make? I'm so buying eggplant again tomorrow when I go shopping. Besides roasting it for less time, I partially peeled it (stripes) and hubby told me to put some cinnamon on it, and I love cinnamon but did not sound good on eggplant, but I did add a little and it's really good on it! LOL! My mom just loved busting my dad's nuts over any mistake! (the toilet paper instead of tooth paste) :-P

Doesn't really matter, if you feel like crap it's never fun! I hope you're feeling better today! I made hubby and Liz go with me and we all got a flu shot on Friday.
