sure enough, he added a package of chicken gravy. lol. now i can't eat it. (way to much salt) even though, i HAVE been bad, and ate a few bites out of it. :D can't help it. it really is better than mine. lol

no. :D , you know how you'll use bones to make stock? this is with beef bones/ 3-4 pounds beef marrow and knuckle bones 2 pounds meaty bones such as short ribs /after a couple hours, you add some carrots, onion and celery, and it cooks for 24 HOURS heh

(Reduce to a low simmer, cover, and cook for 24-72 hours (if you're not comfortable leaving the pot to simmer overnight, turn off the heat and let it sit overnight, then turn it back on and let simmer all day the next day)

but doctors say it really does seem to help with the aches in your bones. like chicken soup, really does help, when you're getting a cold.

my mom always uses salt on everything so i don't, i actually tend to not even use it in a recipe if i can.

. smart way to be. even though, i have found that meat/chicken Does taste better with some salt.

as long as there's spices and flavour being added, salt isn't needed for me. the only salt i enjoy is on my mcdicks fries xD
